Lemon Whip
Ingredients
- 2 lemons zest (plus juice)
- 1 quick jel yellow
- 1 oz (30g) castor sugar (less if too sweet)
- 5 fl oz water + lemon juice combined
- 1 carton Provamel soya cream 250ml
Method
- Whisk the Soya cream with lemon zest add sugar, quick jel and the liquid and bring to boil.
- Cool slightly and whisk in Soya cream. Poor into Ramikin dishes.
- An alternative recipe to the above - add 1 carton morinage Tofu (Firm) + 1 extra lemon juice whisk all together in put into glass dishes.
