Yofu Junior Brule
Ingredients
- 4 x 125g pots of Yofu Junior
- 80g sugar
Method
- Spoon the Yofu Junior into four 6 cm diameter ramekin dishes, and sprinkle about four teaspoons of sugar evenly over the surface.
- Place the ramekins under a preheated grill at its hottest setting - the sugar will sink unless the grill is very hot
- Carefully remove once the sugar has melted and is gently bubbling
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until the sugar has set
