Yofu Junior Brule

Ingredients

  • 4 x 125g pots of Yofu Junior
  • 80g sugar

Method

  • Spoon the Yofu Junior into four 6 cm diameter ramekin dishes, and sprinkle about four teaspoons of sugar evenly over the surface.
  • Place the ramekins under a preheated grill at its hottest setting - the sugar will sink unless the grill is very hot
  • Carefully remove once the sugar has melted and is gently bubbling
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until the sugar has set
