Shortbread
Ingredients
- 10 oz plain flour
- 2 oz rice flour
- 8 oz margarine
- 4 oz castor sugar
Method
- Put flour, sugar and fat into the mixer and switch to lowest speed until all combined and forms a ball.
- Divide into 2 and spread into 2 sandwich tins, or one large swiss roll tin. Firm down with the back of a spoon
- Bake for 45 mins until firm 160 fan oven 350 degrees f or 180 degrees c.
